Why should you wait for your favourite ride . . .
You can now skip the queues on certain rides at Flamingo Land. The Queue Buster system operates on the following rides:
How Do i get the queue buster?
1. Buy a Queue Buster wristband from the admission booths. The wristband will have a 9 digit number on it.
2. Send a text from your mobile phone with the 9 digit number, and send it to the 9 digit number. Your wristband is now activated.
3. The system will then send you a text with the above rides, an virtual queue time and an ID number.
4. Choose a ride you want to skip the queus on and take note of the ID number. Reply to the text with the ID number of the ride.
5. Within a couple of minutes MobileQ will text you back with an estimated time for your ride. You are now in the virtual queue! Example message:
Queued @ Velocity.
Estimated call time is 15:32.
Please do not go to the ride
until you receive a call
message.
6. When you reach the head of the virtual queue (usually at your extimated time) you will receive a call text from the system. You may now go to your ride. DO NOT go before your receive this text or you WILL be turned away. Example message:
Please go to Velocity.
now. Enjoy your ride.
Your call expires at
16:13.
7. Go up the rides exit path before your call expires. At the exit gate you will have your wristband scanned by a ride op. Their scanner is linked up to a park wide network and will tell the ride op if you are meant to be on the ride now. They do not actually see your text!
